Welcome to Allocable! We are committed to protecting your privacy, and we have created this Privacy Policy as part of our Terms of Service to explain what information we collect, how your information is collected, and how we may use it. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by us through mediums other than our Services, or to information collected by any person or entity other than us, even if related to or incorporated within our Services (such as a third-party website, content or application).


This Privacy Policy may change from time to time (see “Changes to this Privacy Policy”). Your continued use of our Services after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check this policy periodically for updates.

Capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy but not otherwise defined have the meanings ascribed to them by our Terms of Service.

  1. Definitions

    When we say, “we”, “our”, or “us”, we’re referring to Allocable, LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

    When we say “you” or “your”, we are referring to the person or entity that is using our Services.

    When we say “Websites”, we mean our websites located at,,,, and, including all subdomains and sites associated with those domains, and other websites that we own or operate now and in the future.

    When we say “Services”, we mean, collectively, our Websites, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), applications, our content, and any other services or mediums (or portions thereof) through which you access this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service.

    When we say “Your Content” we mean any and all content and information that you submit on or through our Services, including Your Information.

    When we say “Your Information”, we mean certain information about you that is of a confidential nature and may include personally identifiable information.

    When we say “User Generated Content” we mean information, statements and other communications that you may contribute, publish, post, submit, transmit or display (collectively, “post”) on our Services or a portion thereof that acts as a venue, such as through blogs, messaging, chat rooms, bulletin boards, comments and testimonial pages and other public forums (collectively, the “Forums”).

  2. Children Under the Age of 13

    Our Services are intended to be accessed and used only by adults and are not directed to minors. If you are below the age of 18, you may access and participate in our Services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information by anyone under the age of 13 and you should not provide us with any information regarding any individual under the age of 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently gathered information from anyone under the age of 13, we will take reasonable measures to promptly remove that information from our records.

  3. How we Receive and Collect Your Information

    We receive and collect several types of information about you, such as the information described below.

    Information You Provide to Us. From time to time, you may provide us with Your Content, including Your Information and User Generated Content. Instances where you may provide Your Information include when you register for and/or use our Services, register for attendance to an online seminar, demo, seminar or tradeshow, fill out a sales information request or contact form, become a registered user, sign up for a mailing list, contact us, enter a sweepstakes or other promotional/informational feature via our Website or other Services, or post information, statements and other communications on a Forum. We may also collect Your Information that is contained in the files, documents, photos and other materials that you upload to our Services.

    By way of example, when registering and/or using our Services you may provide us with your name, billing and mailing address, email address, phone number, and credit card information. All of this information is Your Content, and specifically, “Your Information,” subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Please note that Your Information does not include aggregate or anonymized data, and nothing in this Privacy Policy restricts or limits our collection, use and disclosure of such data.

    Information That You Generate Using Our Services. Our Services may allow you to communicate, share or post information with us as well as other users through our Services. For instance, you may complete a survey or provide reviews and ratings on or through our Services. All of this information generated and submitted by you on our through our Services is “Your Content” subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. We will access in real-time, record, and store archives of Your Content on our servers and will make use of such content as described in this Privacy Policy.

    Information Third Parties Provide Us. We may collect information about you from sources other than you, such as from social media websites (i.e., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat or others), blogs, other users, our third-party service providers and our business partners. If you use, access or interact with our Services on or through a social media website or any features of such social media website (such as a Facebook Like button), then we will receive certain information about you and your friends from the social network automatically. The information that we will receive depends on the social network and your privacy settings. For instance, we may collect some or all of the following of Your Information from the social network: your name, profile picture, social network identification number, login email, physical location, IP address, gender, birthday, age, other publicly available information and any other information that you or the social network shares with us. If you access our Services from a social media website or any features of such social media website, please read that social media website’s terms of use and privacy policy carefully, as such terms of use and privacy policy may apply.

    Our Collection Practices with Respect to Certain Specific Information.

    General Use and Preference Information. We may collect, receive and store information regarding your general use of our Services (such as details of how and when you used our Services, interactions with our Services, log in information, resources that you access, your Internet protocol address, your browser type and your device type), as well as your preferences.

    Device Information. When you access or use our Services through your computer, mobile phone or other device, we may collect information regarding and related to your device, such as hardware models and IDs, device type, operating system version, the request type, the content of your request and basic usage information about your use of our Services, such as date and time. In addition, we may collect information regarding application-level events, such as crashes, and associate that temporarily with your account (if any) to provide customer service. We may also collect and store information locally on your device using mechanisms such as browser web storage and application data caches.

    Location Information. If you submit your zip code or other geographic information to us, you may provide us with your location information. Furthermore, if you enable the collection of location information on your device, then we may collect information about your actual location, such as your mobile device’s GPS coordinates. We may also use other technologies to determine your location (such as through the location of nearby Wi-Fi access points or cell towers), or obtain your location information from third parties.

    Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies. We and third parties acting on our behalf may use various technologies to collect and store information when you use our Services, including sending cookies, web beacons, pixel tags or other anonymous identifiers to your device.

    Cookies” are pieces of data stored on a computer, mobile phone or other device. A “web beacon” is a type of technology that lets us know if you visited a certain page or whether you opened an email. A “pixel tag” is a type of technology placed within a website or e-mail for the purpose of tracking activity, which is often used in combination with cookies. Other “anonymous identifiers” include random strings of characters used for the same purposes as cookies, such as with mobile devices where cookie technology may not be available. These technologies help us know that you are logged on to or using our Services, provide you with features based on your preferences, help us understand when and how you are interacting with our Services and compile other information regarding your use of our Services.     It may be possible to disable some (but not all) Cookies through your device or browser settings, but doing so may affect the functionality of our Services. The method for disabling Cookies or other automatic collection technologies may vary by device and browser, but can usually be found in preferences or security settings. For example, iOS and Android devices each have settings which are designed to limit forms of ad tracking.

    Third-Party Collection of Your Information via Our Services. Some content or applications on our Services may be served by third-parties, including content providers and application providers. Additionally, our Services may include social media features and/or widgets owned or operated by third parties. These third parties may collect information about you when you use our Services. Your interactions with these third parties and their content, applications, features or widgets are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement, social media features or widgets, or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible third party provider directly.

  5. How We Disclose Your Information

    General Disclosure of Your Information. We will not share Your Information with third parties, except as described in this Privacy Policy or on our Website or other Services. For example, we may disclose Your Information as follows:

To third party service providers who provide necessary services to us for our Services, and to strategic partners who help us market our Services – for instance, to send out newsletters, or other promotional, marketing or transactional materials, to process payments or for the handling of data processing, data verification, data storage, research, internal marketing, and our Services’ maintenance and security.
    2. To our affiliates and their respective employees, agents and representatives involved in delivering our Services and other products and services to you.
    3. To other users of our Services with whom you choose to share files, documents, photos and other materials.
    4. To provide customer support.
    5. To market our Services or other products or services offered by us, we may disclose your User Generated Content, for example, by displaying your User Generated Content or portions thereof (including any of Your Information included by you in your User Generated Content) on any Forum owned or operated by us, or to which we otherwise have access.
    6. When we have your permission to share Your Information.
    7. When we have given you prior notice that Your Information will be shared.
    8. To any person who, in our reasonable judgment, is authorized to receive Your Information as your agent, including as a result of your business dealings with that person (for example, your attorney)

To third parties when you engage in certain activities through our Services that are sponsored by such third parties, such as purchasing products or services offered by a third party, electing to receive information or communications from a third party or electing to participate in contests, sweepstakes, games or other programs sponsored, in whole or in part, by a third party.
    10. To third parties that are interested in contacting you or providing offers to you that may be related to our Services or to products or services you may find of interest.
    11. When we are required by law, or legal process to disclose that information – such as a valid court order or a valid subpoena. When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a valid government request.
    12. If requested by authorities in the event of any act instance of local, regional or national emergency.
    13. To enforce our Terms of Service, including this Privacy Policy, and any other applicable agreements and policies, or to protect our operations or users.
    14. To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
    15. In connection with a Business Transfer (see “Other Disclosures by Us of Your Content” below).

    If you do not want Your Information shared as described above, then you should not provide us with Your Information. Also note that, when we disclose Your Information to third parties, Your Information will become permanently subject to the information use and sharing practices of the third party, and the third party will not be restricted by this Privacy Policy with respect to its use and further sharing of Your Information.

    Other Disclosures by Us of Your Information.

    Aggregation and De-Personalization. We may take Your Information and de-identify it either by combining it with information about others (for example, by aggregating Your Information with information about other persons), or by removing characteristics (such as your name) that make the information personally identifiable to you (de-identifying Your Information). We may use and disclose this de-identified information for any lawful purpose, including for any commercial purpose.

    Sharing with Designated Third Parties. If our Services allow you to send, share or communicate Your Content to third parties, then please be aware that: (i) we may display your e-mail address or other mode of communication to such third parties; and (ii) we may use any information that you provide about the third party to facilitate the communication and as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy.

    Business Transfers. We may disclose, lease, sell, assign or transfer Your Information to third parties in connection with a Business Transfer. A “Business Transfer” means a sale, acquisition, merger, consolidation, reorganization, bankruptcy or other corporate change involving us, even if the Business Transfer is only being contemplated and regardless of whether the Business Transfer relates to a part of or our whole business. Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to interfere with our ability to transfer all or part of our business, equity or assets (including our Services) to an affiliate or independent third party at any time, for any lawful purpose, without notice or compensation to you.

    Circumvention of Security Measures. Please be aware that methods of transmission and electronic storage are not completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of Your Information, as third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or electronic storage. Further, we are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures of our Services. Therefore, you use our Services at your own risk, you should not expect that Your Information will always remain private, and we do not guarantee the performance or adequacy of our security measures. In the event that an unauthorized third party compromises our security measures, we will not be responsible for any damages, directly or indirectly, caused by an unauthorized third party’s ability to view, use or disseminate Your Information.

    Your Content. When you post Your Content on a Forum, you acknowledge and agree that any such content may be read, collected, and used by anyone. Any content that you post on the Forums, including, without limitation, Your Information and User Generated Content, is posted at your sole risk, and you acknowledge that we cannot control the actions of other users of our Forums. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of Your Content posted on the Forums may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Forum users.

    Please note that some of our Forums may be managed by a third party application that may require you to register to post User Generated Content. In this case, in order to learn how the third party application uses your information, you will need to review their privacy policy.

    Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of our Services, including, without limitation, your authorized users, with whom you may choose to share Your Content. As a result, we cannot and do not guarantee that Your Content will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of Your Content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by your authorized users.

    Proper access and use of information provided on or through our Services, including Your Content, is governed by our Terms of Service.

  6. Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

    We strive to provide you with choices regarding Your Information that you provide to us. Below are some mechanisms that provide you with control over certain information:

Please be aware that it can take up to 15 business days to remove you from our marketing e-mail lists. If you opt-out from receiving our marketing e-mails, you may continue to receive confirmation and other Services status e-mails.
    • Accessing and Correcting Your Information. If a portion of our Services allows you to create an account with us, then you can review and update some of Your Information by logging into that portion of our Services, visiting your account profile page and making changes.
    • Your Content. In this case, you will need to contact or login into the third party application if you want Your Information posted as part of User Generated Content removed.
  7. Information that You Disclose to Third Parties

    Our Services, as well as the e-mail messages sent with respect to our Services, may contain links or access to websites or services operated by third parties that are beyond our control. Widgets, features, links or access to third parties or their services from our Services are not an endorsement by us of such third parties, or their respective websites, applications, products, services or practices. We are not responsible and this Privacy Policy does not cover your use of any third-party widgets, features, or websites or links to third-party websites or services. Also, we are not responsible for the privacy policies, terms and conditions, practices or the content of such third parties.   8. Operation of our Services in the United States

    Our Services are controlled, operated and administered by us from our offices within the United States of America. If you are located in the European Union, Canada or elsewhere outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States. By using our Services or providing us with Your Information, you consent to this transfer.

    We make no representations that our Services are permissible, appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions. If you access any of our Services from a location outside the United States, then you do so by your own volition and you are solely responsible for compliance with all laws, regulations and rules (including local laws and any applicable United States export control laws). You must not use our Services or any Content in a manner prohibited by any applicable state, federal, international or local laws, rules, restrictions or regulations

    We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon us posting the updated Privacy Policy on our Website.
